07 June 2006 Visit from Faculty of Medicine, Sririraj Hospital, Mahidol University A delegation of 13 senior doctors from the Faculty of Medicine at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, visited SGH on 22 May, led by their Dean, Prof Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn. The visit was hosted by Prof Tan Ser Kiat, CEO, SGH. Sirirraj hospital is a government hospital, with an illustrious history spanning more than a hundred years. In their efforts to continually improve patient care and keep abreast on managed care policy, the delegation has been visiting hospitals from around the region to learn more from the region`s best. They were especially keen to visit SGH to learn more about what a large hospital like SGH did right, to clinch the JCI accreditation.
