As part of the celebrations to mark the 185th anniversary of Singapore General Hospital, the hospital organised the SGH Museum Charity Golf & Dinner to raise funds for the Museum on 12 April 2006.
Held at the Sentosa Golf Club, the event saw more than 80 golfers coming together to enjoy an afternoon of golf with friends and 161 supporters and alumnus turning up for the gourmet dinner served from the well-known Italian restaurant and lounge bar, Il Lido. Attractive golf goody bags and golf prizes as well as lucky draw prizes were given out to the lucky winners. Although there was no winner for the hole-in-one prize of a BMW 730Li, the top lucky draw winner walked away with a pair of cruise tickets on board Paul Gauguin (7 nights Papeete to Papeete, Society Islands).
Dinner guests were also treated to an exciting belly dance item, making the evening an unforgettable one!
