20 June 2006 SGH Hospital Management Study Programme SGH Postgraduate Medical Institute offerred this educational series for senior clinicans and healthcare professionals last year in response to requests from hospitals in China who are keen to learn what makes SGH ticks. Broadly a 5-day comprehensive programme conducted in Mandarin/ English includes: Presentations by our doctors/senior administrators on topics such as HR, Finance, Information Technology, Quality Management, Patient Safety and Education Management Tour of Singapore General Hospital and visits to other local healthcare institutions  Opportunity to interact with senior clinicians and managers  Land tranfers and hotel accommodation. Optional - Extend a day or two for local sightseeing Since this is a programme customised for specific client-institution, we need a minimum group size of 20 pax. Course is scheduled on mutually agreeable dates. Course fees will be computed based on the agreed programme. All participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a Certificate of Attendance from SGH-PGMI We have received good feedback from our client-institutions which include the Shanghai Tong Fan Hospital (two groups), Liaocheng People’s Hospital, Shanghai Pudong Gongli Hospital. Other requests are being processed in the pipeline.
